Economists Drop A Huge Bombshell On Obama

The U.S. economy right now is absolutely booming, but the question is, who really deserves credit for all the success? It may seem like a petty argument, but who is behind the success of the economy will stick in voters mind come next election season.
The supporters of Trump and Obama have been slugging it out this past year for who really should get the lions share of the credit. Both sides making claims that the policy instituted during their president’s administration has made all the difference.
Lucky for the Trump supporters however, the experts are on their side. A recent survey of economists suggest it is President Trump, and not Obama, who should be taking a bow.
The Wall Street Journal asked 68 business, financial and academic economists who was responsible for the strengthening of the economy, and most “suggested Mr. Trump’s election deserves at least some credit” for the upturn.
A majority said the president had been “somewhat” or “strongly” positive for job creation, gross domestic product growth and the rising stock market.
The pros suggest that the White House’s push for lighter regulation and the GOP tax plan have been responsible for the growth in the economy. more than 90 percent of the experts who were surveyed thought the tax bill would boost GDP expansion over the next two years.
A year previous, in a similar survey, economists and gave President Obama mixed grades. The policies employed during the Obama administration were seen as negative for long term growth, while Trump era policies were seen as neutral to positive for long term growth.
