A “Bad Cold” May Have Impaired Feinstein’s Mental Faculties, She Claims

Dianne Feinstein, the eighty-four year old Democratic Senator from California, must think the American public is stupid or something, because she expects us to believe that a ‘bad cold’ made her release Fusion GPS founder Glenn Simpson’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee without telling committee chairman Chuck Grassley.
The one regret I have is that I should have spoke with Senator Grassley before,” she told NBC News. “And I don’t make an excuse but I’ve had a bad cold and maybe that slowed down my mental facilities [sic] a little bit.”

Grassley said publicly on Tuesday that Feinstein’s decision to abruptly share the documents was “confounding” and said he expected the documents to be released “when we both agreed to release it.”

This is one of the weakest excuses by the Democrats as to why they didn’t follow the proper procedure in the line of an investigation. ‘A bad cold’ is not enough to cloud your judgement to the point where you start giving away information you shouldn’t, and if it is, maybe you shouldn’t be in the position you are in if your mental facilities are so poor and affected so easily.

Dianne Feinstein knows that as an older woman, claiming that she is sick is all she needs to excuse her from any wrong doing in this matter in the eyes of the public, so she did what she wanted to do instead of what she should have done.

Do you buy it that Dianne Feinstein was so sick that she didn’t know what she was doing?
