Not so long ago, people who betrayed this country were brutally punished and paid dearly, even with their own lives. Today, traitors are holding one of the highest ranks in our societies, sitting in office, thinking of ways how to sabotage the President and lying under oath.
The most popular one these days seems to be the former FBI director, James Comey, who not only exonerated Hillary Clinton of all charges without even investigating the evidence against her, but now another bomb was dropped, about what he did with the evidence.
Maybe he managed to get away with his crimes in the past, but not this time. Now he is going to pay dearly for  his atrocities against this country.
He began with his illegal activities, last year, when he was in the Senate Judiciary Committee . Then he lied under oath about what he said that, Hillary was not guilty for using her private email server for the purpose of storing classified documents. It’s not the first time that he has falsely testified while being under oath.
Nevertheless, now Fox News found evidence, proving that Comey intentionally tempered with evidence, so he could disturb the investigation, thus committing a giant felony.
According to the Fox News: the documents, they recently released, show that Comey drafted a statement on the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s emails, which he edited multiple times, before making  a public announcement.
In a way this can be viewed as a way of sabotaging the investigation and the FBI’s findings.
The chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee,  sent a letter to the FBI that reveals the numerous edits of Comey’s statement. One of his first drafts expressed that it was ““reasonably likely” that “hostile actors” gained access to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email account. That was changed later to say the scenario was merely “possible.””
In another draft, he changed his choice of words to describe Clinton’s actions, and the actions of her colleagues as “extremely careless” rather than “grossly negligent”- this being a key legal distinction.
Johnson expressed his concerns in a letter to the bureau’s new director Christopher Wray, on Thursday,   saying that the original  “could be read as a finding of criminality in Secretary Clinton’s handling of classified material.” He then  added  “The edited statement deleted the reference to gross negligence – a legal threshold for mishandling classified material – and instead replaced it with an exculpatory sentence.”
According to the Fox News this edits also reveal references to “specific potential violations of statutes on “gross negligence” regarding classified information and “misdemeanor handling” were removed”
As  Section 1001 of Title 18 of the United States Code states making false statements and disturbing the investigation by tempering with evidence is a serious federal crime. People for far smaller crimes than Comey’s have paid dearly for their crimes.
Despite this major crime Comey can be held accountable for many additional crimes, perjury, obstruction of justice and false declaration.
President Trump needs to put a stop to all these criminal acts, and hold this people accountable for their deeds. The FBI should operate as an impartial justice on behalf of their people, not as  a political secret police.
Everything they do just proves the situation at the bureau has slipped out of hand. They consider themselves as some demigods, floating above the law. An example must be made while its not too late, otherwise the corruption will continue to spread .
