Arrogant Muslim Girl Applied For A Job At Dillard’s, She Didn’t Like Their Answer So Returned With A NASTY Surprise

People just never have enough time to complain about things. But it gets worse when they take their little complaints to the court room. This next complaint that reached the court room is not at all surprising.
One Muslim woman who worked at Dillard’s department store, claims that she was fired from her job for her religious beliefs.
The 19-year-old Duha Dallah just recently began training in a sales position at the Firewheel Town Center in Garland.
She decided to complain to the manager of the store, after her supervisor told her she could not wear her headscarf on that floor, even though her religion required her to wear it.
The manager immediately gave her an apology. But, instead of apologizing for the rude behavior of his subordinate, he apologized that the direct supervisor did not explain the store’s  dress policy to her in the first place, before hiring her.
From the Daily mail report that later Dallah received an email in which, the store manager retracted her employment offer and informed her that other candidates were already being interviewed for her position.
According to Dallas News Dallah said: “I believe I lost the sales position because Dillard’s did not want a Muslim woman wearing a headscarf to work on the sales floor “
Extremely disappointed, the 19-year-old  shared her story with the internet on her Facebook account on November 30.
I am seeking the justice I deserve with the help of my attorneys Nikiya Natale and Christine Hopkins, they were able to file a charge of discrimination with the Texas Workforce Commission against Dillard’s.” As she said she had the feeling that the managers were ‘invalidating’ and ‘belittling’ her over her religious beliefs.
“I was honestly speechless at the time and could not believe what I was hearing. It made me feel as tho my religion is what is stopping me from pursuing a job in America.”
She went on saying “I don’t think any woman should ever have to go through that. I felt the hate. It’s extremely heartbreaking that a place my family and I love to shop at would discriminate against me because of my head scarf.” She even added that she was ‘overqualified’ for the job but she still liked it before the disagreement occurred.
The store has not yet made a comment on these accusations, and it was unreachable that Friday.
The Controversy raised protests against Dillard’s. And some people were reay furious.
A Muslim advocacy group is staging a protest outside of a Dillard’s in Garland over the weekend after a woman claimed she was refused employment due to her hijab.
The Council on American Islamic Relation’s Nikiya Natale said a manager allegedly told the woman she could not wear the hijab to work because it was not part of the company’s dress code. It’s a situation that Natale said is illegal and unconstitutional.
There’s a Supreme Court case right on this issue. It’s devastating and it’s hard news for the Muslim community to be discriminated against because of something that is part of their religious belief,” she said Natale said that since the woman’s story went public, they received another claim of discriminatory practices from a former department manager at the location.
We had another woman come forward who was a department manager and she also has said that she also had to turn away a qualified applicant because she wears the hijab. She said the store manager allegedly flat out ‘you can not hire people who wear the hijab, it’s not part of the dress code here’,” she said.
CAIR has filed a claim with the Texas Workforce Commission on the woman’s behalf. Natale said the group will continue to fight for the woman and the Muslim community and she hopes tomorrow’s protest will send a clear message to the company.”
However, going so far as to take legal measures against the store might be a little too much. If the manager had a problem with her headscarf, that is his problem and the best thing to do, would probably be to find another job where she could be appreciated for her hard work and dedication.
If you agree that she took things too far, share this post.
