Gay US Olympian Spits On VP Mike Pence Because Of A False Fact
The first openly gay American olympian, mens figure skater Adam Rippon, has been very critical of the U.S. Olympic team’s choice to elect Mike Pence as it’s delegate for the 2018 games in South Korea.
was the governor of Indiana. Conversion therapy is the idea that a homosexual person can choose to renounce their sexual desires and sexual attraction through therapy.
Members of the gay community have called it a scam and claim that it is brought about due to bigotry.
“You mean Mike Pence, the same Mike Pence that funded gay conversion therapy?” Rippon told USA Today. “I’m not buying it.”
Despite the accusations being leveled against Pence here, he has never specifically supported conversion therapy.
The olympian said he plan to turn down any meet and greet with the vice president.
“If it were before my event, I would absolutely not go out of my way to meet somebody who I felt has gone out of their way to not only show that they aren’t a friend of a gay person but that they think that they’re sick,” Rippon exclaimed. “I wouldn’t go out of my way to meet somebody like that.”
Rippon also claimed that Pence has an altered sense of reality because he supports Donald Trump, Rippon also used the unconfirmed ‘sh*thole’ comments as evidence of Trump being a horrible person.
The Office of the Vice President released a statement after Rippon spoke out:

ReplyDeleteThis is a sinful lifestyle that they have chosen to live. There choice and nobody else's, God gave them free will to make these decisions as well as us to make our life choices. Rewriting the BIBLE to justify their lifestyle is not going change anything. The Bible is made up of GOD'S WORD, there really fooling themselves if they honestly think they can change his word. Where all accountable for what we do in this life and so are they. The Old Testament is as binding today it was yesterday. God's Word is God's Word, and God's law is God's Law. They will know his wrath on judgement day for there sinful choices as well as we will know his wrath for our choices. Time to get right with "GOD" before it is to late, the last chance passes.
ReplyDeleteI don't believe for a moment that he spat at Mike Pence. He is having a SPAT with Mike Pence who has done nothing to him except wish him well. He needs to concentrate on doing well and winning a medal, when he doesn't he will claim discrimination against gays caused it.....
