CNN Chris Cuomo Refuses To Say Indian-American Trump Aide’s Name, Gets A Massive Wakeup Call From Sarah Sanders [WATCH]

Sarah Sanders strikes again, and it’s on a CNN reporter again, who woulda thought.

During the White House press secretary’s press briefing, a CNN host failed to pronounce the name of Indian-American Trump aide Raj Shah Monday morning.

CNN host Chris Cuomo referred to Raj Shah as “Raj whatever-his-name-is” during a segment condemning President Donald Trump for being racially insensitive.

“Remember … we went to the White House when it happened, and Raj whatever-his-name-is didn’t back off the words,” Cuomo said earlier Monday.

Shah is the principal deputy White House press secretary and the son of India immigrants. After the segment, he took to twitter to address the issue.

Sarah Sanders piled on, saying that CNN has a history of not being able to pronounce Shah’s name.

Late last year, CNN misidentified Shah in a segment. Sanders torched them for it:

Chris Cuomo, who is the brother of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, apologized to Shah later Monday afternoon.

CNN is known for pretending to care about racial and ethnic differences, but this is clear evidence that they really don’t care, it’s all for appearances and to remain politically correct.

Chris Cuomo in a room with dozens of members of the press, called a man from India, “Raj – whatever his name is” that is so insensitive, dismissive, and offensive. Do you think Cuomo is any more considerate behind closed doors? Do you really think a man who felt okay mispronouncing Raj’s name so egregiously, is sensitive towards minorities when he’s not in front of a camera?

We just got a glimpse into the mind of Chris Cuomo and how he thinks. Raj’s wasn’t important enough to have remembered his name, so he butchers it and chalks it up to “Raj – whatever his name is,” that is unbelievable offensive and Chris Cuomo should consider stepping down from his position at CNN.
